These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) set out the rules for professional exterior cleaning services provided by Luminous Shine Services (“we,” “us,” “our”) to clients (“you,” “your,” “Customer”). By booking or engaging our services, including window cleaning in Melbourne, you agree to these terms.
Luminous Shine Services provides professional exterior cleaning services across Melbourne, including:
Window Cleaning (interior and exterior) – Residential and commercial
Gutter Cleaning
Roof Cleaning – Safe low-pressure cleaning of moss, algae, and dirt
Pressure Washing – Driveways, patios, decks, and building exteriors
Solar Panel Cleaning
All services are performed using industry-standard tools and techniques, prioritising safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Includes cleaning of accessible windows, frames, sills, and screens.
Removal of hard water stains, paint, or construction debris may require a separate request.
Ensure windows are securely closed before our team arrives.
Includes debris removal and flushing downspouts.
Repairs or replacements are not included unless arranged separately.
Not responsible for pre-existing damage, leaks, or faulty installation.
Low-pressure cleaning of moss, algae, or dirt build-up.
Does not include structural repairs or assessments.
Older or fragile roofs may show pre-existing wear.
Suitable for driveways, patios, decks, and some building exteriors.
Delicate surfaces may not be suitable for high-pressure cleaning.
Pre-existing damage is the customer’s responsibility.
Panels are cleaned using soft brushes and purified water.
Electrical testing or system diagnostics are not included.
Safe access must be provided in compliance with local safety regulations.
Appointments should be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 25% fee or minimum $120.
Missed appointments or late cancellations outside the agreed scope may incur fees.
Services are provided only within the agreed scope of work.
Safe, unobstructed access must be provided to all areas, including windows, roofs, gutters, and panels.
Water and power access must be available if required.
Pets, alarms, or restricted areas must be communicated in advance.
Work may be refused or suspended if areas are unsafe or weather conditions are hazardous.
Threatening or abusive behaviour towards staff will result in immediate cancellation and a $120 fee.
Prices are estimates until confirmed on-site.
Payment is due on completion unless otherwise agreed.
Accepted methods: Cash, Credit/Debit Card, Bank Transfer.
Late payments may incur a 10% weekly fee.
We ensure customer satisfaction on the day of service.
Photos of completed work can be provided if you are not present.
Guarantee does not cover pre-existing damage or issues outside the agreed scope.
Fully insured and follow safety best practices.
Not responsible for pre-existing damage, structural issues, or poorly maintained surfaces.
Damage due to faulty construction or aged materials is not covered.
Claims must be reported within 24 hours of service.
Services may be delayed or rescheduled if weather conditions are unsafe.
Work will not proceed if conditions endanger our team or equipment.
